You will build product strategies and define a vision for your products. You will own, drive and create world-class customer experiences on our external and internal facing platforms. You are customer-centric, strategic, highly analytical and laser focused on executing at scale. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with engineering, architecture and business teams to build a shared vision, collaborate in a positive, product and transparent way to deliver results for Customer Success.
Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights and help define the Product Vision and Strategy. Understand PayPal’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in class
Evaluate platform performance, business needs, and develop strategies to address customer pain points
Create a deep understanding of our Customers. Analyze current customer experiences to define friction points and create seamless and effortless experiences
Develop comprehensive AI/ML Product Strategy, leading Data Science and Engineering teams to execute across wide-ranging program.
Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, program managers, product, development, UX, analytics) to execute the roadmap
Drive product development to build end to end solutions with a team of world-class engineers, product owners and designers.
Build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders/peers/cross-functional teams and provide leadership across the product, group and division
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
10 years of Product Management with a focus on software and vendor products
Problem framing you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters
Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers, ability to explore and structure customers’ insights
Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology. Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution
Mastery of technical concepts and system-design, ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels
Experience developing customer facing products, technologies and platforms
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL/MySQL
